Set a 10-minute timer and cycle through:

1. Squats x 15 2. Push-ups x 10 (on knees if needed) 3. Glute bridges x 15 4. Plank x 30 seconds

Repeat as many rounds as you can while keeping great form. Short and done beats perfect and skipped.
